Please bring back the mental health institutions that were closed because of a few bad apples. They did a lot of good for the mentally ill. Our veterans and the drug addicted need a place to stay while they receive treatment and recover to be released. Of course, unfortunately, there are those that will never recover but can be taken care of. Some can’t be released because they are a danger to society and themselves. President Regan caved to the left who were emotional about a few bad institutions and Hollywood even released the movie One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest coincidentally at around the same time. Clean our cities and help create jobs.
