Medicare advantage plan scam

It should be illegal for insurance brokers to cold call elderly people, and sign them up for a Medicare advantage plan. Too often, these people see doctors several times a week, and may receive all kinds of therapeutic treatments in the office - yet they have to meet some astronomical deductible and out of pocket expense (which far exceeds the premiums for traditional Medicare and a supplement) in order to have any coverage. They are being taken advantage of, and promised that they will save so much money. In reality, it’s a huge SCAM. These poor elderly patients are being prayed upon by multi-billion dollar companies, who have ZERO interest in the health of the patient.
