Medical Board Tyranny

These agencies need to be taken down completely… They use their power to control big pharma and he elites narratives and if providers veer from this in any way they are viscoously attacked and destroyed… losing the license they worked so hard for. They control every health care worker to do whatever agenda they have. If you graduate from medical school or the program of your choice there should be no state or government agency to control you… many modalitlies in the natural healing world are not recognized and therefore outlawed in many states. If people want to go to someone who does muscle testing , red light therapy or helps people make better food choices they should be free to do so. Currently medical boards in Maryland Shut down these places by using overly broad state statutes removing this type of care from the peoples choice. We should be able to help people feel better if we have the ability to do that. The boards overreach deomstrates clear violates our first fourth fifth and 14th amendment rights. The courts are so corrupt that they just go along with whatever they say. So i propose that if you graduate from a cerrification program and someone wants your services the goverment stays out of that decision.

I agree there is a problem and I certainly want medical insurance (and flexible spending accounts and healthcare spending accounts) to be able to pay for any healthcare solution I choose) but one thing to point out is that medical boards are not government agencies. The board members receive their salaries from dues and from pharma (I believe.) I think your post mentioned boards affect pharma but I believe it’s the other way around–pharma pays medical boards. I agree with the idea that consumers should be able to have their insurance/FSA/HSA pay for whatever treatment they choose, but the problem is not a federal government issue, per se. In short, we need someone more knowledgeable about the problem to suggest a solution. I think the problem starts with pharma because they pursue only those treatments that are profitable and ignore free/low profit treatments/cures. And with their money, they influence medical boards and medical schools and insurance companies.

Perhaps one government solution is the use of public service announcements (PSAs) on TV and social media. (You may remember years ago the PSA “This is your brain. This is your brain on drugs.”)

The point I’m trying to make is that we may not want the government to step in and force the medical market to be a certain way, but we may want to use government funded education to educate the populace about the facts–there are other forms of effective medical treatment BESIDES pharma-driven Western medicine.

We have to ask ourselves if we want government to come in and mandate change in all our problems. To my observation, any time government is involved, it gets overly complicated, expensive to operate and, to a large extent, corrupt.

Retired Navy Prev Med doc here. There does need to be some regulatory body to adjudicate allegations of physician misconduct or negligence. The current structure, however, is slow and often looks like a circling of wagons. I propose that the composition of the state medical board be revised. Voting members would be chosen from the community. A science background would be helpful. Any MD members should not have an active license and I would restrict them to no more than 25% of the board members. Alternatively, we could have no MDs among the board members but have an advisory group of MDs available to explain the technical aspects of cases coming before the board. The board should not have authority to decree that someone is in violation of professional standards merely for prescribing a medication off-label (e.g., ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine). Regulations for discipline of MDs and other medical providers need to be re-written. Suspension or loss of license would need to be predicated on having caused harm.

they make up allegations and destroy your life … These agencies wield thei power or no licenses also… its insane to watch it… Very evil

Can we PLEASE do something to stop the current medical tyranny that’s still being exerted on medical workers to this very day? On October 31st 2024 I was told not to come back to work at the hospital I work at until I take a flu vaccine. ENOUGH with the forced vaccinations. I am already undeniably injured by the covid vaccine I was forced to take or forfeit my job. Now I’m out of work because I’m not taking any more vaccines. ENOUGH already.

I feel you. The medical tyranny is real. The cavalry is assembling for the charge, but these legal and administrative wheels turn more slowly than a real cavalry charge.

I do understand your concerns about someone making sure nobody is doing bad things. But we do not need a government funded incorporated entity doing this much of their funding comes from big Pharma. Everyone who goes through this education system has been brainwashed and if you do not do exactly what they tell you to do they come after you full force and they don’t stop, trust me i’m still dealing with it. They make up terms and statutes to control words people use, and and if you so dare to use that word, they will find the hell out of you and take your license, but they don’t stop there. You would think that if you are not licensed, they can stop coming for you, but that is not what they do when you are a provider that spoke up for ivermectin and told people your concerns about the vaccine they want you gone and they want you injured . They are vicious. but I am much stronger and more persistent than they will ever be. We have to stand up. We have to get rid of licensure altogether what I mean by that is that when you are a medical provider, you busted your butt in school to be the top of your class and you went through all of your internships, and all the work that was required of you to be the best you can be and now you have to go take a national board exam which is extremely difficult and you pass that exam and you take 200 CME every two years to make sure you stay the best with your national organization . Why the hell do you need a licensing board? Trust me if you hurt somebody a lawyer will take care of it. These regulatory agencies are there to do the bidding of big Pharma and big government. They are not there to help the public. they are there to assure full control over all of us , we have a brain in our head. We have been educated on the human body. We know how to think for ourselves yet they continue to think for us don’t care yourself. This is not about public safety. This is about full control and it must be disassembled along with the CDC. They are so corrupt and so disgusting , I really wish RFK would call me. Boy do I have a story for him? I have a federal lawsuit with counterclaims on nine board members and attorney generals a filing over lack of due process and violation of my civil rights and the corrupt judges in the state won’t take up the case so I keep bombarding them with it. I’m getting ready for a larger appeal to a higher court, and I have done this process because lawyers cannot be trusted anymore, especially when it comes to medical board issues with the Chevron deference reversal. They are ignoring it. before this, I knew nothing of the law or even the constitution but now I find that my motions are far superior than any of the other sides attorneys they make mistakes left and right and I keep calling them out on it. They have got so used to trampling over us that they have actually forgotten what the actual law is. People that is on your side. Keep fighting stay strong and pray for me too

in my state, there is a new law that for any physician assistant that has any complaint whatsoever to their employer that employer now legally has to turn their employee in to the board for a full investigation on that person. If they do not, they risk losing their license. If you work in the medical field or say, for example, like me was Urgent Care people will complain if you don’t give them narcotics and people will complain if you did not give them antibiotics when they had a virus so now and I am not exaggerating. My boss would have to turn me in. Let me explain what happens to you when you get investigated a complaint this stupid you no longer can work because while you are being investigated the insurance company drops you and your boss will let you go. You have no insurance. The investigation goes on for a minimum minimum of a year while you cannot pay your bills during that time they force you to take an ethics class which is $3500 in that class, the instructor let you know that if you yourself and act like you really feel bad about what you did he will let the board know that you were good but he also tells you that if you do not do what he says, and you do not write an apology letter stating why you were so unethical and you do not mean he will let them know and he said the board will be much harder on you. Then they have you write a letter of how guilty you are and has to be convincing so that he can forward it to the board and then they keep that letter on file so that they can use it in court if you give them a hard time. Now you are not allowed to surrender your license if you are under investigation, but if you stay under investigation, they continue to make your life a living hell. So if you surrender your license force you to sign something that says you’re guilty or they will not let you out of your contract as a licensee. Tell me why I had to go through this for telling someone to take vitamin C and I am not kidding now that I am not a licensee for the past two years they have come after my private business , they keep me in court constantly among many other egregious acts. No agency like this is ever needed in this country. I have helped many people in my state privatize their businesses to protect them from this and the others who will not listen are all being closed. They are shutting down every person in the state one by one if they are doing any form of natural care .

i agree we dont need the government agency at all. Anything corrupted goes. they are not here for we the people trust me

I am interested in the circumstances you allude to. I think there does need to be a board, but my solution is to radically alter its composition. Instead of being composed of members of the medical profession (MD, RN, Pharm, etc.), I propose members of the community. Representatives of the profession could be available in an advisory role to explain technical details of cases coming before the board. I read both your replies to me, but they don’t encompass all possible circumstances. Yes, lawyers get involved in lots of things; sometimes too many things. There will never be a perfect world while imperfect men run it. I think my proposal will break the power of the boards–and it needs to be broken. Best wishes to you; I plan to change my state for the better.

This is an admirable proposal, and there will be much more that needs to be done to restore the rights of providers to treat patients in this country. The days of private practice are behind us and most now work for entities who dictate what they do. People go through medical school for years, prove competency and are then treated as if they lack the critical thinking skills to treat their patients.

During Covid, providers were forbidden by their employers to report vaccine injuries to VAERS or record it as such in the file. Hospitalized patients were unable to be treated at the discretion of their physicians, but were instead given ineffective or harmful treatments per protocol. This is not limited to Covid, but applies to all medical anymore. Providers don’t like it but speaking up means losing your job and most likely also losing your license to practice at all. Nobody can take your education from you, but they can take your license. Who wants to compromise their license after going in debt for years of medical school? Who wants to start all over in a different field of work?

I would suggest that we also need to incentivize a return to private practice so that hands are not tied by the companies providers work for as well.

I did… i chose to get out so that i wouldnt break my oath to do no harm. I dont care about the money its about integrity and whats right. They need to stand up and do whats right and its not doing things to
people you know is hurting them to make a buck.
