Medbeds for people/especially children with Mental Health Issues

Make Medbeds available (possibly traveling) to people, especially children with Mental Health Issues. First available to people who are living in Facilities across America. Perhaps a traveling truck with a Medbed could visit each facility. It is quite difficult to take patients out of facilities sometimes who are mentally challenged. I am currently gathering resources with another person to try to make this available.
