Require PAID maternity/paternity leave. 6-12 weeks is NOT enough time for a mother and baby. Talk to OBGYN & pediatric experts. As a mother, the hardest thing to do is leave your baby when you’re not ready nor is your baby. And most moms have to place their baby in daycares which causes infants to be hospitals as their bodies aren’t able to handle the viral load that viruses often cause to their bronchioles (diagnosis: bronchiolitis).
