In order to receive a high school diploma, all students must fulfill mandatory 3 month civil service abroad, the summer break before senior year. This program would not only help generate revenue for the education system, but also give the students profound appreciation for the country they call home. There is a host of other benefits like preparing students to live away from home, developing work skills, being introduced to new cultures, mandatory passport obtainment and much more. There would be a variety of specific programs and location that each student can utilize to their future goals.
