Make Pet insurance function like Human Health Insurance

I have had my frustrations with Pet Insurance companies and how many claim to cover most preventative health exams and such only to have them deny the exam or treatments leaving me to pay the entire vet bill and insurance bill of my four legged friend. Times have changed and I feel as we care more about our furry friends more than we do ourselves some days, why I think there needs to be a serious change with pet insurance. Far too many people resort to abandoning pets or go into debt to pay for their care because of the cost of vet care. I hope that maybe with this change all be inclusive and still affordable, will reduce the rate of dogs and cats being left strayed or what have you
