Change the pet health insurance rules to something similar like Medicade for seniors on ssi/ssdi with zero out of pocket cost when their fur babies need medical attention.

Make pet insurance more affordable, and also should cover vaccinations and end of life care as a standard.
I personally believe that pets should be allowed on our health insurance. They are not only family but to some - their children. Some people can’t have children so the closest thing they’ve got is their pet and when that pet gets sick, the person is sent into debt just like people with children can be if their job does not offer health insurance.
