Legalize the commercial and public growing of hemp, for clothing, building materials, etc

Can we get some restrictions lifted on the commercial/residential growing of hemp, it can be used for string, clothing, rope, and adhesive, and several other hundred uses in known history. It’s a durable stable crop with multiple uses, and opens up a very large industry the war on drugs destroyed!
