Keep motorcycles in the far right lane on highways

As of 2023, there have been 5,579 motorcycle fatalities in the United States, and Arizona is one of the most dangerous states for motorcycles. Two of my friend’s friends have died, both under the age of 25 due to riding motorcycles in Arizona just this past month. I would like to propose a policy that designates one lane for motorcycles, being the far right lane on highways, similar to a bike lane. That way, people driving cars are less likely to make the mistake of hitting someone who is weaving in between lanes at high speeds.
