Mr. President, it has become more than apparent and abusive at this point where judges are legislating from the bench and judge shopping has been going on to either a policy or promote an unconstitutional legislative effort. It is my understanding that judges are oversight for their misconduct currently, I would like to expand that where we have an oversight committee that any judge that is found to be promoting their own, political views, their own political ideology from the bench be removed from the bench immediately, and therefore suspend immunity where that judge suffers civil action from the parties that have been damaged. We can no longer tolerate judges, acting outside their oath acting outside the rule of law acting outside the US Constitution acting outside already Legislated and Affirmed Case law Case law that is on, followed by any judge should be grounds for immediate removal because this is evidence that that particular judge is in violation of their oath. We need to stop Lawfare and judge shopping immediately, and I would like to see our Congress get involved in writing a law, that removes immunity from judges who are found to be in violation of the above.

Along this line, a judicial review of all judges cases should take place at 5 year intervals. The review should be verifying the constiutionality of rulings, as well as verifying adherence to lawful sentencing. Just because you managed to get elected or appointed does not mean a person should remain in office.
