Internet freedom of speech

The internet as a whole is to be regarded as an extension of speech of the American citizen when viewed or accessed within the united states or abroad by american citizens traveling/residing in other countries, therefor any type of censorship on pubicly accessable sites shall be viewed as an infringment of 1st amendment rights. The exception to which would be sites built for non public communications such as military communications and any top secret communications that would jepordize our nations ability to protect our leaders communications from enemy intelligence.
