Free Speech Abroad

Explicitly denounce the anti-free speech policies elsewhere in the world, and declare that all countries without free speech constitute humanitarian crises. We should put sanctions on such countries, like China and the UK, until such time as open criticism of the government, or the beliefs or actions of others, are allowed, and all who were imprisoned under such charges are released and compensated for such miscarriages of Justice. This should also include any countries or international organizations which attempt to censor online speech.
