Integrating psychology into schools from a young age would help children understand human behavior, respect personal backgrounds, and promote healing

I believe our country would benefit greatly from integrating psychological education into our school systems, starting from a young age. Teaching children foundational concepts in psychology—such as the DSM-5, sociopathy, narcissism, and psychopathy—would empower them to better understand human behavior as they grow. This knowledge could be invaluable, equipping future generations to recognize and protect themselves from harmful or disturbed individuals.

Additionally, each of us comes from a unique background, shaped by our own childhood, experiences, triumphs, and traumas. These experiences are valid and deeply personal. It’s our responsibility to heal our own inner wounds; when we do, we no longer feel compelled to put others down or attack them. Instead, we recognize and respect that everyone carries their own valid story.
