We need an independent organization to investigate wrong doings of CPS agencies. Recently I was terrorized by my local Ohio CPS over a false report of childhood abuse & neglect (August 2024). They accused me of using Fentanyl and said I tested positive for it, refusing to give me my test results (I had taken two tests to two labs). I have nothing to hide - I work full time as a corporate supervisor and full time masters student. They first came to my home August 20, 2024 then came back August 29, 2024 saying I was positive yet refused to give me my test results. The case worker threatened to take my kids if I ever called the cops, and gave me Narcan. I am graduating with honors with a masters in Psychology March 2025 and I have spent the last year+ researching, writing papers etc on substances such as Fentanyl. I am a law abiding citizen. The complaints and Grievances that I submitted to CPS resulted in them playing me a voicemail of Forensic Fluid labs in Kalamazoo Michigan saying I was using the substance recently and to continue to test me. I verified the slanderous voicemail came from the lab. CPS washed their hands not their problem when they are the reason for the scheme in the first place. It was the worst thing I have ever been through as I have worked hard to be a successful person. It will cost me tens of thousands of dollars to sue them for slander, money that I don’t have. And why are these agencies using labs in other states? It causes legal problems for victims. I can’t afford to sue as I don’t get any financial assistance. I own a home, car and have two more children to raise (I have 4 kids total two are adults and one is active duty military). I have been a medical biller coder for 20 years and I am concerned with the tax payer fraud with clinical lab pretending people are testing positive under federal regulations stating trace amounts, when it does not show up on their physical test results. Also it was time consuming figuring out which states to complain to - and CPS is free and clear as they blame the lab and my last conversation was I could have gotten trace amounts in my system from the gas station. I busted their scheme and now I have dozens of people contacting me telling me their stories of how CPS did similar things to them but took custody of their kids. Please have an independent organization that takes complaints against CPS like we have for police and internal affairs. I have rock solid evidence that they lied on me and I’m very concerned that they do this to single mothers that are like me but not as knowledgable on things. Clinical labs & CPS workers participating in such schemes should be arrested. Thank you.
