Home and auto policies capped

According a car and house are hard enough, but note insurance policies are sky rocketing in price. I’ve never made a claim against an auto policy, yet they want $380 a month. Home is worse. Regular Americans can’t afford this, some new type of insurance infrastructure needs to be made and companies, for now, need to be capped.
