Propose and pass a cap to the car and home owners insurance premiums. Stop letting these insurance companies charge outrageous rates with insanely high rate hikes upon renewal especially if there have been no claims. Insurance is a scam.

Agreed. Almost all of them are using inflation as a blanket excuse to jack their prices sky high. It should be up to the homeowner or auto owner if the would like their policy adjusted or not.
Agreed! A cap on how much the cost can increase and hold them accountable for coverage. If no claims then rates should not increase.
Agreed! Total reform of the insurance industry is needed-asap! The abuses and corruption needs to be stopped by starting with caps. The loopholes need removed and random charges in policies. (Even the insurance agents can not explain.)
