My proposal would be to reduce some of the power and non-congressional money that goes to the Federal agencies. This would apply to all agencies, departments, commissions, etc (henceforth called agencies) that receive funding through the congressional budget.
- Only the US Congress shall give funds, aid, or research money to any international organization (United Nations, WHO), non-governmental organization (Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, GAVI, CEPI), or foreign country. No agency may offer any type of funds to these organizations.
We must remove any means for agencies to work under a globalist agenda rather than United States citizen first agenda. - United State government agencies may only receive funds from the Congressional budget process. Any fees that would go to the agency must be turned into the general fund.
Some agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration and the Food Safety and Inspection Agency collect fees for looking at medications for approval or meat inspection. By taking industry funds the agencies can become, if they have not already, captured by the industry that they are overseeing. By placing the fees into the general funds, the agencies can not become as readily captured. - No employee of the United States government shall be eligible for any dividends or royalty payments for any patentable item. Dividends and royalties shall be collected and used to pay the national deficit down.
Public schools and work places have employees sign away the rights to any patented item back to the school or business in which the person works. The same should hold true for the government workers as well. Government workers are employed by the United States taxpayer, so the taxpayer should reap the benefits of the government workers patent.
