Creating more programs that allow parents with children with disabilities. Most families with children that have disabilities one of the parents is not able to work and stays at home to care for disabled child. There is currently no programs that have funding to help these families. Or not ones that you don’t have to jump through a million hoops for and the income requirements to meet the current ones is so low both parents have to almost not work at all and that’s not feasible.

We need grant funding for families with diagnosed disabled children to be used for childcare, equipment, personal care supplies, and private education and specialized activities/sports/arts, etc. programs specifically for disabled children.
