Full disclosure from FDA on MSG and Nitrates

MSG and Nitrates are only being required to be called as such if they are a certain percentage of that additive. Say if these additives are less than 99% they can be named as other ingredients such as * Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein

Textured Vegetable Protein
Yeast Extract
These food additives are considered neuro toxins and contribute to the obesity epidemic
Consumer trickery. Must be stopped.
