The Trump Administration should conduct a full scale audit of all aid sent to Ukraine. This is to ensure that the money of the American People was at least spent on what we were told it was being spent on, as well as to root out any laundering or fraud.

And if we find out substantial money went to Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs, then what?
I agree with the premise. The accountability of the government spending should be fully transparent and justifiable.
Not just Ukraine, any foreign aid in detail.
Any domestic spending in detail.
No more umbrella coverage.
