Our legal system is bloated with excessive laws, which often serve to strangle rather than serve a free society. For every new law enacted, one should be removed. This policy not only ensures simplicity but protects against overregulation, which can stifle individual freedoms and business innovation. An excess of laws often signals a nation in decline, where freedom is sacrificed for control. We need fewer, clearer laws that empower rather than burden, to sustain a strong and free nation.
For every law on the books one should be taken off the books. Simple.
