Family Court, Child Protective Services, Foster Care and Probate Courts Reform

From years long experience, the first priority is to remove the States and Counties monetized Federal and State Title Tax Payer Program Funding incentives which is the leading cause of the created Governmental Human Trafficking of children and families to maximize Title Tax Programs Funding profits. Policies and procedures regarding families and children must be moved back into congressional control, familial bonds preservation being given top priority and the control must be taken out of The Ways and Means Committee. As a matter of fact and record, all programs delegated into “committees” should be looked into as potential Congressional Abdication of it’s responsibilities and duties. Next in regard to these Courts and Agencies responsible for familial relationships, the adversarial court system of X versus Y must be abolished as this sets the stage for a “winner take all” at any cost scenario and must be replaced with an “equitable” styled solution regardless of the parties hostilities. Next the use of the Department of Health and Human Services under Obama care opened the flood gates of monetary incentivization for big pharma to use these courts to use and “tag” children and families for generational human trafficking for all sorts of nefarious uses including kidnapping for forced medical experimentations, euthanizing of the elderly for probate reasons as well as a multitude of other questionable, for profit activities (basically using the US Human Population as Human Chattel generationally from cradle to grave). The Department of Immigration Services and all Immigrant Advocacy Groups are also included as they have been weaponized to give priority to Illegal Immigration tactics which are known to and used by foreign governments as a means to establish US residency by circumventing US immigration law. All these organizations from the top down, The congress, the ways and mean committee, the department of health and human services, the department of social services, the department of education, the IRS, the department of Immigration Services, ect., to the bottom up, The local schools and hospitals, social services, the foster care participants, the county courts, county administrations, probate courts, trustees, shelters and groups homes, Immigrant services and advocacy groups and any and all ancillary service providers involved in overseeing these areas stated must all be re-vetted, revamped and forced where necessary to protect the US Constitutional Rights of the US parties and US children. This will not be an easy task but it is the most important one to preserve US nuclear families and stop the degradation of the American way of life occurring now. As a direct descendent of the Mayflower colony, by right, I invoke all treaties and compacts relative to achieving these reform directives and so ask and order these reforms be carried out ASAP. I also ask and order that any and all negatively affected families and children by the past and current practices of these agencies and service providers be classed as victims of human trafficking. In cases where injury or death has been caused by any of these agencies and/or service providers actions the families and children be classed as victims of serious crime, they be provided any and all needed, immediate restorative services, familial reunification services and any and all other needed services and that all services be required to be expedited at no cost to the classed victims.
