Extend paid maternity leave for mother’s for longer than just 6 to 8 weeks. Most European countries have maternity leave for mother’s for 6 months or even up to a year. And they have leave for the fathers as well. Which I think more companies in the US should start introducing some leave for the fathers. I just think it would be nice if the US would look at Europe as an example for better maternity leave policies.
