Enact Penalties for The Good Ol Boy System

Small towns in Texas often violate the laws because of what we call the good ol boy system. This has to stop. The police should be made to follow the law and act professionally regardless of how their cousins are or their personal beliefs. The police department in Houston County Texas often plays judge juror and district attorney when dealing with an individual right then in there when arresting and individual and I know that I am not alone. Just imagine having the “I feel all alone out in the country and my local government are cashing paychecks with my tax dollars but they don’t want to follow the civil right laws in America” just image being poor and living in a rural area and not having attorneys available for you. Stop the cops in small towns!!
