The FDA inspects Pharma facilities for compliance to 21 CFR at a huge cost to Pharma, yet they allow the manufacture, distribution and marketing of DESI drugs which they (the FDA) has titled " illegal and unapproved " Cant have it both ways!
At the same time the FDA is slow at approving generics drugs which would lower the cost to the consumer
