Properties may be taxed once at time of purchase. Eliminate Tax Assessor offices. NO FAMILY should LOSE their home because of inability to pay property tax. Assessors are out of control assessing home at “unrealized gains”. With the elimination of Dept of Education, $80 billion back to states annually should MORE than pay for school needs.
