Eliminate Government Services and Programs that benefit a specific targeted demographic

Any program whose purpose is to benefit any minority class, under or unserved communities and excludes other American citizens or legal immigrants should be rescinded or revoked. All people should have equal opportunity for all government funded services, programs or assistance that are taxpayer funded. Illegal immigrants should be ineligible for al but the most basic needs.
