Election Integrity

Regardless of state laws on elections.
Which is covered in our Constitution.

Federal elections must show proof of citizenship to register to vote federally and to vote federally.

Citizenship criteria would be just like obtaining a US Passport or REAL ID.

These would be required upon registering, or voting.

To get a mail in ballot, a person would verify and validate online their identity and citizenship. Like you have to do for IRS, Social Security.

Ballots should have waternarks or other preventive measures easily detectable for fraud.

So, IMHO, it seems that we need a Federal law that says this… "If any state can not comply with their own election law structure, clean up their voter rolls, keep things in order, and if they change the deadline for counting votes…that state’s election results are null and void…not counted for either candidate in all elections. That would clean things up quickly.

Election Day is for in-person voting ONLY. Early voting, absentee ballots, mail-in ballots-ALL must be received two weeks before Election Day. These mail-ins must be counted, certified and submitted one week before Election Day. When the polls close on Election Day add up the two numbers.

It’s a great start, but you’ve got to do more damage than that. Any state that violates the US borders with sanctuary cities is violating America’s right to safe borders. Any area that then permits those they’ve allowed in will have all election participation nullified and federal funding will be cut off until they get everything right on an election. Any state taking longer than 1 day to count their votes and have a provably safe and fair election will be investigated, those found cheating will have the same punishment and the perpetrators will be indicted and brought up on charges pushing for the maximum sentence possible.

Giving others standing to sue and upgrading federal election crimes to treason can accomplish what you are aiming for while respecting state sovereignty

My proposal is here:

Adding to the list:

  1. Outlaw motor voter – This is a known way to circumvent proof of citizenship as a voting eligibility criteria
  2. Paper ballots must exceed the anti counterfeiting and cash handling standards of our currency. There’s many good tactical ideas such as salts mentioned above, but we need to look at this comprehensively. Ballot integrity is more important than paper currency and should be treated as such.
  3. Electronic voting systems must be open source and audited, and run on secure tamper proof hardware, using a blockchain system (there’s several out there)
  4. Voter registry management cannot be outsourced to partisan NGOs (ERIC). Voter roles should be continuously audited and cleaned.
  5. Criminal liability for Secretary’s of State for having custody over fraudulent voter rolls
  6. Secret service charter expanded to include investigation of ballot counterfeiters – they already have expertise in currency counterfeiting investigation.
  7. Biometric thumb readers at voting stations which are matched to biometric identifiers in identity documents.
  8. Total ballots cast counted quickly after poll close. This number is publicized before counting of votes begins. If total ballots cast exceeds total registered votes for the precinct, the election has to be done over and a criminal investigation is launched.
