Educational funding as a state

It’s just an idea but instead of funding for public schools coming from their districts take all that money an allocate it to each public school in the state. This makes it so every school gets the same about of funding thus lower class areas will have the same opportunities and type of education as the high class. Additionally funding may be needed but educating the youth is important.
