Those on welfare should be subject to random drug testing. They also should be required to complete a set amount of community service weekly to earn their keep.

I agree! What about the people are abusing the system? For example, my cousin is engaged but doesn’t want to get married because she will lose her food stamp benefits for her 3 kids. Her fiancé makes GOOD money and supports her and the kids. She is abusing the system when there are people that actually need it.
