Domestic violence registry

We have a sex offender registry.
I think its time we have a domestic violence registry as well for both women and men to be able to see what they are going into relationship wise.
A fulk background check through this program if they have been convicted of domestic violence and what the charges were.
Also, if they move to a different state, they have to register in the new state and records show nationally.
It can help prevent unnecessary domestic violence and deaths.
Also, instead of just prison time and uprooting battered women and children from homes, stability and consistency.
Create facilities for the abusers to be tranpoted by police for proper therapy treatment and diagnosis.
Most abusers have a history of childhood trauma and have a better chance of rehabilitation in therapy and treatment.
Too many domestic violence shelters are too full for placement. Help women, men, and children of abuse stay in their homes with assistance in job placement, therapy, and connection’s so they dont feel alone in seeking help.
