Deportation Policy

First line of defense. Deportation for serious criminals; murder, rape, grand larson, etc.
Good starting point would be Aurora Colorado.

For those who have not committed a serious crime will be offered the opportunity to acquire a special license with a deadline of the next 2-3 years to allow them the path to become fully legal citizens.
Failure to acquire this license within the next 2-3 years will result in deportation.

Those who acquire the license will be put on a trial citizen time period of 5 years in which if they are arrested for a low level crime they be allowed 3 strikes. Either arrested 3 times for low level crimes or 1 time for more serious offense will result in deportation.
As well they will need to meet an income requirement level to prove they will be a productive member of our society.
And pass a basic English test before being allowed to take their driver’s test, as our street signs are in English.

This policy would drastically reduce the crime rate of migrants and give them incentive to be law abiding citizens. Easier said than done. But this path would provide less civil unrest from the country at large.
