Department of Whistleblower Investigations

Form a department within the federal government (possibly within DOGE—not within the DOJ) to receive whistleblower complaints for corruption, kickbacks, fraud, graft, racketeering etc., within the federal government and the authority to investigate them. This department should have access to any records necessary to investigate a case. Whistleblower complaints can be against any individual, department, or agency within the federal government—including elected officials.
