We must reform our current education system. We need a population that is capable of critical thinking. The current system is indoctrinating children and “breaking their light bulbs” so to speak. I believe curriculum based learning should only be required from preschool to fifth grade. This way children can learn all of the basics and get an idea of what they enjoy and want to build on. Then the rest of school can be more tailored to what the child ,and the parents of the child, believe will benefit them the most . This will build up their strengths and interests and when they leave the nest they can help change the world with desire and eagerness. Force feeding children information they will never use or are not interested in will only hold us back. Considering children are our future, we need to seriously take a look at the current system, come up with a game plan and invest into our children. We need a future filled with free thinkers, entrepreneurs and leaders . We dont need more generations with closed minded, systematic slaves and followers. The dream team is here to break generational curses. Lets try everything possible. The first step should be to look into reforming the department of education and curriculum based learning.
