We need to protect our kids.
If there is indisputable evidence of the consumption of child pornography, sexual assault against prepubescent children including molestation and rape: either life in prison or death penalty.
If they have committed these crimes against children, they have proven that they don’t belong in society.
They should not have a second chance in society, because there is no way to verify they have changed. Therefore, releasing them back into the public is further risking the life or wellbeing of children. If that were your child out there, playing in a park, you wouldn’t take that risk.
