Create (Or Expand) Funding For Research To Enable Fetal And Embryotic Viability Outside The Womb

When I mention “Expanding Viability”, I don’t mean a fertilized egg cell can survive the way a premature baby can. Rather, I’ve seen that we are capable of growing a lamb in an artificial womb, so we are on the cusp of revolutionary technology that would eliminate the risk of childbirth or c-section, and make it so that there is no point in the near-future where women would ever have to consider things like abortion. Secondarily, as an emergency, maybe a bit of funding for research to help make c-sections safer for women than they already are.
