There must be harsh penalties for Election Fraud. There is no real deterrent at this moment, so many people have been have been conspiring to rig US elections and this has been going on for many decades.
Make anyone caught involved in Election Fraud fined $250,000 and a mandatory 10 years in prison. No exceptions.

Refusing to investigate suspected election fraud should be reason for immediate removal from office. Add a permanent ban from holding public office (state or federal), even if by appointment.

For large scale cases, I would go even further. In fact, in the event of large scale election fraud affecting a Presidential race across multiple states, I would think there could be grounds to tack on an Attempted Overthrow charge (and consequently also its associated penalties).

We will see if the republicans are serious about election fraud. In PA at the moment the Bucks county election board is openly in defiance of the state supreme court and is counting illegal ballots. In two months time the DOJ can commence proceeding and jail these people for election fraud. Make it happen. Open a Ruby Freeman case she will squeal in 5 minutes. Call in 100 of the 2,000 mules and watch them squeal. I think we have the laws, in fact we have too many laws we do not enforce them. It has become a congressional scam to talk about new legislation when there is already legislation on the books.

The participation of, covering up of, or refusal to investigate election fraud is tantamount to Treason against the American People. It is the deliberate tampering and attempted altering of our Constitutional Republic processes in an effort to create an outcome which favors them at the expense of the lives of U.S. voters. It destroys the voice of The People, replacing it with unelected tyrants and puppets who might easily cause injury or death, as we ll as, destroy this great nation. There should be no higher crime than such a grave attack on America. This is HIGH TREASON, and would be no less equal than a successful assassination of a sitting president. Please consider the weight of this crime in its proper light. This is our only home â our only nation. When we catch someone trying to burn it down, the penalty should match the crime of Treason, and nothing less.

From the American Peopleâs perspective, silencing their voices in elections by others who wish to plant a foreign or corrupt puppet in power that has proven its desire to destroy America by a thousand cuts and slices, would âuhmâ DEFINITELY be considered an OVERTHROW, when these roaches attempted to manipulate the vote in order to implant a rogue anti-American cartel to destroy the country. Perhaps he is not referencing âOverthrowâ in the same context as you, but it may seem that way to most here. To me, its absolutely an attempted overthrow of the honest government that I intended to install with my vote.
And that potential government which I personally desired to serve in office was criminally stolen from me via (what I consider) High Treason & Crimes Against Humanity. I was personally harmed for that last four years by the criminal installation of the Joe Biden administration, which was forcefully installed via treasonous criminal methods. It wasnt simply a case of bribery, kickbacks, a speeding ticket, shoplifting, or being caught having sex with a minor. It is the act of STEALING our intended government away from us in order to do us harm. If not a treasonous âoverthrowâ, we can call it a treasonous âpink elephantâ â it might make a difference to a few, maybe even including me, but to most here, it probably doesnt matter what its called; the bottom line that I think we all agree on is that the culprits should face charges of treason for their criminal acts of âpink elephantingâ our government, donât you think? .

You definitely understood my point about Attempted Overthrow. 2020 was an ACTUAL overthrow (albeit one that occurred with the only associated violence being a group of false flag attacks we know as the January 6, 2021 incidents in Washington, D.C.): Trumpâs rightful government was removed and replaced with Bidenâs illegitimate regime. Speaking of those false flag attacks, they were masterminded by Pelosi, who therein committed Insurrection, meaning the 14th Amendment should be invoked to declare her ineligible for the term she just won, prevent her from being re-seated on January 3, 2025, and nullify/block her already declared 2026 candidacy. She should then face criminal charges for her role in said events. Any and all accessories of hers (Schiff may well be one such accessory) who are identified should suffer the same.
We do need to be careful about Treason, however, as that is the one crime defined in the Constitution itself. One common problem with most accusations of Treason is the element of âAdherence to Enemiesâ. In the case of 2020, there is a case for claiming China as the enemy to which those culpable of the Election Fraud adhered to. However, that will not necessarily be the case for every instance of Election Fraud.
I love your reply and totally agree. As for the âtreasonâ elaboration â personally, I see it from my own lens as an American, and call treasonous activity as that which stifles or stops my rightful interaction with the government in which my Forefathers gave me, as well as, to live peacibly within my own country without fear of threat or danger to myself and my family. I dont feel the need to identify the enemy in order to know that a treasonous act was performed against me, if you gather my point. Its just the way I view it. God Bless America. 
Letâs clarify âHigh Treasonâ here (in reference to stolen elections and subsequent criminal installation of anti-American tyrants thereof), with an online dictionary quote:
âŚSo, what happened over the course of the last four years? Are you safer because of it, or not? Russia is ready to nuke us, our energy supply has been practically destroyed, food prices are sky-rocketing, and our logicistical supply lines have been attacked to the point of setting up future mass starvation. All we need to do is prove criminal intent behind these events, and the whistle blowers are pouring out of the woodwork, blaming this illegitimate administration. Point made for âHigh Treasonâ, dont you think? 
Side note: Everyone who participated in stealing the 2020 vote and causing the illegal Biden administration to come into office and create such catastrophic damage over the last four years is going to be held responsible for the damages that were caused to our country. Treason is the proper charge for it, no matter how small the participation was in said actions that now threatens the safety of the United States.
