In cases of female pregnancies that are not the result of criminal rape, incest, or other proven non-consensual sexual acts that result in pregnancy; the father of the child should be allowed to agree or disagree with the abortion procedure. The child, embryo, fetus, etc. has come into being because of the sexual activity of both persons, thus in cases where the mother’s overall wellbeing is not in jeopardy of ending her life, an act of abortion should be agreed too, in writing, by both the father and mother.
