Rather than import food from around the world, lets focus on growing locally. Let restaurants source foods from in state, where possible. Use dairy and meat from US Farms. Fix the USDA regulations. Make the supply chain humane, let the animals be raised in pastires. Stop over breeding, there is so much waste! Shorten our portion sizes on food, reduce calories and harmful oils and ingredients. Teach nutrition and cooking classes in school. Teach gardening and have community service programs for kids to learn agriculture. Teach regenerative farming and how to work with nature without chemicals. Live in harmony with our food supply.
