I have been censored, silenced, cancelled, and threatened over the plan in which you are about to read. Consider the power this gives back to We The People when reading.
I write today regarding a board that would hold all elected officials accountable to We The People. The Citizens Accountability Board (CAB). Has been my personal undertaking over the last five years.
In the United States the citizens are dependant on those whom are elected to represent them. However, as we have witnessed those elected officials all to often will cloud their morals in favor of greed. This leaves Citizens without representation and leads the country down harmful paths.
The United States Constitution gives We The People the authority to alter or abolish parts or in whole, the United States Government. But as we have seen elected officials will continue without the consent of the people, in favor of lobbyist, foreign interest, or those willing to pay for influence.
There is a better way to ensure Americans maintain their government is following their consent and upholding their paths of office!
I propose:
The Citizens Accountability Board (CAB) would immediately put power back into the hands of Citizens and send an extremely powerful message to all elected officials from the county school board all the way to President of the United States.
Donald J Trump is the only President in history to follow through with giving power back to the American sovereign citizens and he was the inspiration behind this plan.
There are Boards created to hold Doctors, Lawyers, Nurses, Hairdressers, Dentist, Realtors and so on accountable to their oath but elected officials are not held accountable to the people they represent.
The power to hold accountable those who have pledge an oath to the Constitution and public service was given to the government to investigate itself, often leading to no where findings and failures to remove those who violate their oaths and the will of the people.
.That is why I believe the only way to truly hold elected officials accountable or those who take the oath to uphold the US/ State Constitution is through those they serve, the American people.
The Citizens Accountability Board (CAB) would be in all 3,144 counties to serve the citizens of that county, state, and the federal government .
There are those who take oaths in each county from police, notary public, judges, lawyers, mayor’s, school board, to numerous government agencies including auditors, tax collectors, health departments etc.
WHO DETERMINES THE BOARD MEMBERS :
The Citizens Accountability Board would be made up of (12 ) board members (1) elected CAB Commissioner from each county.
The people of each county will hold elections the first Monday of April every 3 years. Those elected will serve a term of 3 years.
Each board will have an elected commissioner and 11 elected CAB board members.
WHO DETERMINES THE INVESTIGATORS/ PROSECUTORS:
(2 )Independent investigators Free from State and Federal government reach for a term of 3 years would be vetted and voted on by the members of
(2) Prosecutors independent of State and Federal Government reach voted on by members of CAB
FUNDING FOR CAB:
The Citizens Accountability Board (CAB) would be located in offices free from State and Federal Government reach and funded by County and State taxes at .3% & the Federal Government by a rate of .5 % of Federal taxes collected or through the Sovereign Citizen Fund.
*Or the replacement of County Commissioners
WHO FALLS UNDER THE WATCHFUL EYE OF CAB:
Those who are entrusted with public service would fall under CAB. Those would include elected officials such as Representatives, Governors, Attorney Generals, Judges, Auditors, Sheriff’s, Mayor’s etc. all the way through those in public service such as law enforcement, school board members, corrections officers, public notary etc.
THE ROLE OF CAB:
The Responsibility of CAB is to ensure those serving the public are maintaining their oaths to uphold the Constitution, protecting the rights of citizens, and representing the people by actively engaging with their constituents to be their voice.
RESPONSIBILITY:
To investigate claims and complaints made by citizens of public servants and elected officials to determine whether violations of oaths have occurred, whether representatives are excluding the voice of citizens, engaging in criminal behavior, or misappropriation of funds by all state and federal employees or public servants including acts of unethical behavior.
FUNCTIONS OF CAB:
CAB would be full-time positions M-F. with locations in each county and one location designated to discuss State official complaints and claims.
On the 2nd Monday of each month perspectively all county CAB locations will meet to discuss State reports filed and hand over files to be investigated to all CAB investigators, and CAB prosecutors.
Each session will begin with a proceeding to ensure of any member that may have a conflict of interest is removed from the process to ensure due process is upheld.
CAB will determine investigations needed at State levels and bi-monthly meeting with all 3,144 CAB Commissioners meeting for Federal investigations. The meetings will be held at a secure location announced by the CAB Commissioners 30 days in advance.
Complaints made by Citizens would go through a review process by all 12 CAB members. All complaints will be transparent on a website portal to all CAB offices throughout the country to be transparent with the complaint and any evidence citizens submit with the company’s accessible to all 3,144 CAB offices to ensure locations cannot be swayed by threat, intimidation, or influence.
THE PROCESS:
Complaints may be submitted by citizens via Web or in person. Citizens can submit claims and or complaints anonymously if they fear for their lives or feel they will be subjected to any interference if they submit corresponding evidence of the claim or complaint.
CAB PROCESS:
Once the complaint is filed the board as a whole will review the case and vote to move forward or decline based on three categories:
*Not enough evidence- must give 10 day notice to close to give claimant time to either offer more evidence or witnesses before closing the claim.
*Claim is false
(must give detailed analysis on determination)
*Not a violation of oath
( Must provide detailed analysis)
These findings will go in the CAB database for all CAB members to view or public to receive FOIA requests
CAB ISSUES INVESTIGATION:
Once members vote to have the case investigated all investigators of CAB nationwide receive the case and are able to correspond with one another on any tips, findings, or reports.
CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR:
If CAB or the investigator discover or suspect a crime has been committed, the CAB prosecutor will receive the case immediately along with the county sheriff or nearest jurisdiction and they will proceed with charging the official and a public trial scheduled.
CRIMINAL CHARGES:
A report and charge of crime has been determined. CAB, will announce to the general public the offense and or crime.
DUTY OF CITIZENS:
CAB will announce publicly the date of the official proceedings. Citizens will be the Constitutional jury to the proceedings. A Count for guilty or not guilty will be tallied and the accused given the verdict.
Example: NOTICE TO BROWN COUNTY CITIZENS: ON 01/01/2001 A complaint was made in regards to Mayor Smith. A public hearing will be held on 02/02/2001 at 1234 East St Cincinnati Ohio 56789 beginning at 6 pm. Those who attend will act on behalf of the county as Constitutional members of the jury.
GUILTY :
If found guilty by the citizens the official will be removed from public service, if the violation is also criminal the CAB prosecutor will proceed with charging them and holding court in the county with a judge from another county to over see the process, abiding by the US CONSTITUTION and the United States law. The jury will continue to be those citizens who attend and act as the Constitutional Jury in the case.
NOT GUILTY:
The official will remain in public service with a public acknowledgement of the not guilty verdict issued by the citizens of the community.
Appeal:
There will be no appeal to the verdict delivered by the citizens of the district in which the official serves.
Redistricting is prohibited:
Once a complaint is filed and the claim proves accurate the official cannot be transferred or moved to another district. Either before or after the complaint is under review. There shall be no attempt to stall or prevent the complaint from being reviewed.
ELECTED OFFICIALS & ACTIVE PUBLIC SERVANTS ONLY!
Complaints can be filed as long as the official serves the public or is an elected official. Once the official no longer serves the public and is deemed a citizen the process is handled with the appropriate judicial system (aka county, state, our federal court system).
REPLACING REMOVED ELECTED OFFICIALS:
In the event an elected official is removed and to prevent the people from being represented am immediate election will be held within the county to name a new representative chosen by the people in which they will serve.
CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED:
CAB must have the constitutional power of the governed which is constitutionally greater than Qualified Immunity or Crown Immunity to ensure citizens maintain their will and power over those elected to serve them .
*This must be written via executive order and ratified by Congress to ensure CAB continues beyond the Trump administration.
CAB will serve to be the court of public opinion giving citizens the right to be active in their counties and ensuring the power remains with the citizens.
In lieu of the findings of DOGE, the weaponization of the Federal Government over the consent the governed, it is imperative that We The People have the ability in all sectors to hold those who serve us accountable. The Citizens Accountability Board will be an open door on citizens to shut down anyone violating their oaths to uphold the US CONSTITUTION at all levels of the government.
HOW TO RUN FOR CAB:
The electorial system has laid the guidelines in each state for candidates. citizens of the county can submit names of those they believe would serve the community the greatest. Candidates should be free of any political endorsement as CAB is not affiliated with political parties state government or Federal government. Endorsements must come from the citizens the members would serve only!
