Cell phones should be required to have the option of easily changing the battery at home and keeping the shell. Why are we throwing entire cells phones away or having to send them to the manufacturer to change a simple battery? Why do we have to charge them so often? It’s waste. It’s pollution. If the electric goes out we have to worry the charge will expire too soon. We need usable phones in emergency situations.
We can’t be without a phone while it is shipped back and forth to a manufacturer for a simple battery. We rely on them for our primary mode of communication. We should be able to both fix them and change batteries easily at home on all cell phones.
