Need to ensure radiation from cell phones are safe and don’t cause cancers, etc. Educate public better and protect us.
They are not safe. They do cause cancer. Yes, education and remedies for way we interact with portable devices is sorely lacking. Government mandated manufacturer information and education requirements might be the correct direction. Place responsibility for ethical utilization of the devices upon the manufactures of the devices.
Of course, the devices would cost more as a result, but perhaps they would kill fewer people.
One method to make a preliminary estimate is to graph the rate of cell phone sales or useage and compare that with the rate of increase of cancers of the brain or head and neck area. There is no correlation. If cell phone use was causing cancers, then the rate of those areas involved by cancer would be skyrocketing and it is not. While this is not an absolute method of determination, it does give a general assurance of the basic safety of cell phone use as regards causing cancer.
This is so significant, especially considering the children put these devices to their heads…and most live with them 24/7.
I have been looking into making iron-on patches with TitanRF Faraday Fabric to go into my back pockets where I like having my phone. And then I will buy a Faraday bag to keep my phone in while sleep. I think we are responsible for getting informed and making our bodies safe for all technologies.
Yes, faraday bag, stylus, stand. You got to keep the thing 6 inches away from your body. There are tons of scientific tests, showing the danger, but I went ahead and bought an RF meter to see for myself. Turns out the dangerous levels are within 6 inches. Meter starts blinking and flashing red and beeping.
