Bring back the Homestead Act so Congress can Dispose of all the land given back to them upon Admission of each State into the Union

Evidence of the 6 Propositions & what it did to the Admissions Act of Oregon
Congress is to Dispose of the lands give back to them, thus the Homestead Act was insitiuted and now has been stopped. We must bring back the Homestead Act…so Congress can dispose of all the lands within each state…

Because the Oregon Legislature of 1860 voted to accept the 6 propositions from Congress in the Admissions Act (approved in 1859, ratified by congress and signed by the president and submitted back to Oregon), and did not afford the said people of Oregon their right in an election to Accept or Reject these 6 Propositions, the Propositions themselves are void, the subsequent Weeks Act, National Parks Act, and all other Acts after the said Admissions Act are void.

Congress cannot enlarge it’s own power. To have done so, took away land from the states.

The state Legislatures cannot give back it’s sovereignty to the Federal Government, to do so would take away the sovereignty of the people.

This does not take away the states sovereignty, because the state got its sovereignty from the people.

By not allowing the said people of Oregon to freely accept or reject these 6 propositions, the Oregon Legislature, at that time, took away the rights of future generations to own all the land within the boundaries or Oregon.

State Officials must stop coordinating with Forest Service, in order to put the Fed back in their building.

The Fed’s own documents make it clear that their agents can only make an arrest in the case of a violent crime committed in their presence.

The State cannot give the Forest Service LE authority. They have to go to state training and training in the state constitution.

The State nor the county, nor the sheriff can coordinate with the forest Service or BLM to give them police power, to do so would be in violation of their oath of office, the constitutions, and to do so would put Un-Constitutional Conditions on the people they serve.

Issue remaining is Jurisdiction between the Fed, the State and the people, its’ our land, our roads, and we are the final authority.
