Bring the administration of the VA’s programs back to the US.

I am a retired real estate broker in TN. Our office used to handle the sales of VA repossessed homes. There was a good VA branch office in Nashville staffed by Veterans. One day they told me the office was closing and all the workers were being laid off.

The next week we were contacted by a person in India. The Veterans had been replaced by barely speaking residents of India. We continued for a couple months and then declined to work for the VA any more. It was very sad to me that those jobs were no longer given to our Veterans or at the least Americans.

This was the real estate division but I feel like most other divisions of the VA were also transferred to Indian workers. An insult to our veterans who should have those jobs.

Agree. Why were the homes repossessed? Is there an additional or bigger issue here in addition to the outsourcing to another Country?

General money problems like many people have but I think many veterans suffer from PTSD and have drinking or drug problems. Those lead to financial problems and then home foreclosures.

VA programs should be administered here not overseas. We should be able to do that with minor upgrades.
