90% of US media is controlled by 6 companies: AT&T, Comcast, DIsney, Newscorp and Viacom. When news media support one political party over another they are in the wrong. When they make the new instead of reporting on the news, they are wrong. When they make up falsehoods and include reporting without actually checking the information, they are wrong. As we, as a country, are dependent upon the news biased news = disinformation. Disinformation is a national security threat because when people no longer no what to believe, they can easily be lead to believe the wrong things. Things often antithetical to freedom. Therefore, the media, which certainly qualifies as a monopoly, should be broken up.
