Bill of Rights 2.0 is an updated Bill of Rights from 1789, for the first time. Legacy rights are retained (original 10 rights of 1789). Provides expansion for more rights, as founders had wished, for a foundation for leadership and a better world, as well as protection against AI mega-power.
