Please consider the following suggestions in gathering Illegal Aliens:

  1. Decide on a date to implement the Marcell 30, 60, 90 Day Plan. Make public announcements providing information as to what will happen during these dates. The plan could start March 1, 2025, as you first go after the known illegal alien criminals starting January 20.
  2. The announcement will be as follows: Those migrants that are here illegally, must turn themselves in to the authorities. Those that do so within 30 days, are first to get to the back of the line of those already waiting to come to America legally.
  3. Those that turn themselves in between 31-60 days, are restricted in coming to America for 2 years.
  4. Those that turn themselves in between 61-90 days, are restricted in coming to America for 5 years.
  5. Those that don’t turn themselves in before 90 days, will be deported and not allowed to come to America for X period of time, if at all.
    This places the onus on the illegal aliens and makes processing much easier and faster.
    • Make a strong understanding to any employers of the penalties for hiring illegal aliens
    • Create an 800 hot line to anonymously report known illegal aliens. The caller must give their information to prevent prank calls.
    • Document all costs related to the illegal aliens that were allowed in and the cost of deportation and keep it separate or noted when all of this impacts the budget to show the damage the Biden/Harris administration cost Americans.

I would agree with a modification. The government needs to reopen an expanded Braceros program; a hiring program allowing US business to hire people from other countries, like Mexico, for jobs in industries that can’t find labor. The employer would have to prove that they tried to hire US workers first. Illegals who self-report within 30 days, would still be eligible to apply to the Braceros program.

Better plan than nothing, but get 'em out, and keep them out. I don’t owe foriegners my country. And I’m not concerned with corporations having a cheap or diverse workforce.

Those illegals who self deport should also be given more leniency than those who have to be deported.

The punishment to re-enter is to lenient in my opinion and there should be some penalty for those that house these individuals

But all and all it looks like a solid plan to start I hope they are as organized
