Ban Property Taxes Nationwide

Is anyone actively managing this page?

Ive messaged several administrators on this page and have not heard back from them.

I see that this site has references and connections with Robert F Kennedy Jr., Kennedy Beacon and the American Values 2024 PAC. Who is affiliated with and benefiting from the use of this page? Who setup the page?

Is anyone reviewing the policies that are written on this page? If they are being reviewed, who is determining if the policies get forwarded? If yes, who are they being forwarded to?

is there someone that will reach out to the publisher of a policy if there are additional questions that need to be answered?

It seems as though all of this could be a lot of wasted energy for a lot of good people who are trying to make a positive impact and difference in our communities and country.

I appreciate any help with these questions. Id like to start adding policies and voting, but I want to make sure it will be a productive use of my time.

My concern is if someone has no children, that individual has to pay school taxes at the same comparative rate as say, a family of 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc…To me that is unfair. If people want to have multiple children, they should have to pay more school taxes.

I agree that it should be up to the states, which was my only point. It’s interesting to see what state tax differently. I’m not familiar with a personal tax, how is that different from state income tax? My state still has income tax but I’m honestly not opposed to it because our neighboring states that have cut it have ridiculously high property taxes. We also have a state wide sales tax of 7%. Some complain but I’d rather pay that than a property tax higher than my mortgage! I love your suggestion about both property tax and car taxes being one time payments. It’s ridiculous for anyone who’s paid their mortgage off to keep paying taxes. Shy of that, I appreciate my state’s homestead program that freezes assessment value at purchase price. I think that’s one reason our property taxes have stayed so low compared to our neighboring states (all of whom are very conservative but oddly very different tax strategies).

The federal government NEEDS to step in and END it. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to pay taxes more than once!

Interesting to have a name with MAGA and propose an unconstitutional over reach of the federal government. This is the problem that has plagued this country since the signing of The Constitution. People want someone else to fix it, like calling your big brother to fight your battles on the playground. Its how we got to where we are.
Please refer to the 10th amendment and article 4 of The Constitution.

if there is not property or school tax it would not be painful to pay lets say 1 percent— sale tax in the beginning and no tax on the sale–this tax is called purchase tax- really i feel as if the old money game is over. We can have a new one cash remains as king the other ways are great but optional

Thank you for Your consideration, Fred Walker

Everyone who is nor homeless does pay the tax - it is factored into the rent they pay. When the landlord’s tax goes up, he/she increases the rent. But here is the real issue - NO ONES HOME should be forfeited because they cannot afford property taxes. Taxes should not be tied to a person’s property, whether real estate or personal property.

First, all government waste must be eliminated, and government made more efficient like having a Community Civic Pride day every spring where some tasks done by government are done by volunteers who celebrate at the end of the day with a party and cookout they are chip in for. The balance of any town budget after being made efficient should be met with a consumption tax - essentials like food, medical etc. would be exempt. Any funds collected that are in excess of the funds needed would be returned to the residents each year.

Please consider merging your policy with mine:

State and local government is mandated to follow the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

  • Fourteenth Amendment: This amendment, ratified after the Civil War, is the key legal mechanism expanding the Bill of Rights protections to state actions through the “incorporation” process via the “Due Process Clause”, meaning states cannot deprive individuals of “life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”

  • Fourth Amendment: This amendment, ratified on December 15, 1791. “ The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects the people from unreasonable seizures by the government:
The Fourth Amendment protects people’s “persons, houses, papers, and effects” from unreasonable searches and seizures. The landmark Supreme Court case Mapp v. Ohio in 1961 established the Fourth Amendment applies to the states. Ongoing property taxation effectively nullifies citizens security of home ownership.

Looking into land grants and land patents is an almost impossible task! The title to your land is NOT a TRUE TITLE. It is a false title, which ties the land to a permanent tax stream for them. No wonder they obsfucate the process!

MagicBill - you are 100% correct

Allodial Title is what is needed but the “system” from county, state, judges and lawyers are all in the mix and perpetuate the slave system of this “fake ownership” you don’t own (we dont own) shit as property taxes loom over everyone’s head forever…

Technically, they did not reveal the true details of the contract you signed with them. Did you realize any note on a check written to another is part of the contract. And if the other party cashes the check, they accept the terms of contract, including ‘Final Payment’ written in tiny letters in the Notes section of my check for my property tax. How can the county argue in court when they accepted the change in our contract. We accept their changes (rising costs due to inflation, lesser service, etc. all the time. Time to do the same to them!
