Ban daylight savings

i’m just tired of losing sleep. I don’t see a need for it anymore. We have electricity. DST can disrupt our circadian rhythms, which can lead to health issues like mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. It can also increase the risk of heart attacks, strokes, and car crashes. DST can make it harder to fall asleep, which can lead to social jetlag. Driving in the dark to work or other destinations can increase the risk of accidents. less and poorer quality sleep, an increased risk of stroke and heart attack.
